Rayners Commercial is a trading name for Richards & Co (Uk) Ltd and so any reference to Richards & Co (UK) Ltd also refers to Rayners Commercial. Richards & Co (UK) Ltd is the controller of all information collected on this website. Richards & Co (Uk) Ltd trading as Rayners Commercial is a general practice surveying firm and commercial property agency.

What personal data do we gather from you?

We gather the information that you provide when you fill in appropriate sections of our website. For example, when you complete the property enquiry form or register your details with us in order to receive updates on properties. This information can also be provided to us by you by telephone, email or post. By providing information like your name, postal address, email address and telephone number you agree to us holding this information and contacting you with regards to the information you request. Some forms on our website may also include a check box asking you for permission for us to add you to our mailing list. This is an opt-in mailing list and your personal information will be used solely by us. Under no circumstances will your personal information be sold or used by any other organisation. From time to time, we may include links in our e-mails to other web sites which we think may be of interest to you. Should you wish us to remove your data from our systems please email us requesting the same.

Your personal data will be stored on our password protected computer Database as well as on individual property files within our secure office until you contact us requesting that your personal data be removed.

From time to time we may use other companies and individuals to provide services to us, such as building contractors and other contractors. These companies and individuals have access to the personal data needed to perform their functions and not for any other purposes. Building & other contractors / consultants

From time to time we may need to provide your personal details to building and other contractors or consultants in connection with your property. We will check with you first (other than in the case of emergency) that you agree to your personal contact details and information being given to such contractors. It is important that you let us know if you do not want us to provide this information.
