Complaints Handling Procedure

Following the receipt of a written complaint as above, the Company will use all reasonable endeavours to provide a written response within 21 days. In the event that the complaint cannot be satisfactorily resolved between the parties by correspondence then either party may pursue the matter via either of the following two routes as appropriate:-

Property Redress Scheme – This service was set up to handle complaints about chartered surveying firms, surveyors, estate agents and other property professionals from consumers using their services.
